I can relate to slipping.
I'm starting to slip myself, even though it's for other reasons. I was able to sit down and talk to friends and figure out what my trigger might be that caused it this time. Luckily I was able to also talk to the person that caused my set back. Things won't just snap back to "normal" it takes time, just remember that your friends and everyone here can help and listen to whatever you, or anyone else for that matter, needs to say.
I know I'm still new here but I've been through depression before where I almost didn't make it out ok.
