I'm going to the doctor on Wednesday to get some pain meds and a referral to a PT. (This way its a covered service, versus not).
I've been trying to rest my hands/wrists and I went and bought another (better) ergonomic mousepad and an ergonomic keyboard (external one attached to my laptop). Makes it easier on my wrists, thats for sure!
I had an over-the-phone consult with a physiotherapist, so I know what type of training I'm supposed to look for in a physiotherapist.
