I had really bad night sweats- actually left a giant wet spot on the sheets, woke up at night and had to change clothes, in fact I just stopped wearing anything to bed. Slept without covers and that didn't help. It definitely has lessened over the first year, its occaisonal now. However I noticed when I work out, my sweat crystalizes, I suppose its salt. Does this happen to you?
