I think the time it takes would vary from place to place. I doubt there is a set amount of time because it would depend on things like having staff available. I doubt that it is that they can't find a name; they are experts at what they do, and if they were unclear, they would contact you for more information or testing.

So, the short answer is that it takes as long as it takes - some answer, huh?!
I would not read anything into how long it's taking, but since you are concerned I think it would be a good idea to ring them and ask when you can expect your results.
