Since it's such a rare thing and usually done by someone who may not fully understand the ramifications of so many postings in such a short amount of time, the best thing to do is to simply report one of the poster's threads with an explanation.

Then we can look into it, move some threads out of the forum that is being overwhelmed, and PM the member privately to let them know not to do it again in the future...
