It is always so scary to start therapy with someone new. It is such a personal thing and evebtually they get to know more about you maybe than anyone else in your life.

Hopefully you willl find this one to be just as good as your last t or better. Remember you are the consumer here and if the fit isn't right please call somdeone else until you find one that is.

Maybe it would hlep if you put your worries on paper and discuss them when you see them.
