Panic attacks can be caused by a lot of different things; hers just had to do with the "size"/space of the Target, her agoraphobia in large, "open" spaces (I sometimes have trouble when I come out of a Mall and into a parking lot, the sudden "opening up" of space so you don't know where to look/focus, etc.).
