So much for my break from pc... It's addictive I tell you! I'm trying not to obsess like I typically do but I always have so many questions so here I am...
Has anyone else kind of experienced "radio head" type feeling? Confusing I'm sure but like... My boyfriend and I were sitting out on a small quiet road at about 11pm watching a meteor shower. We were in the car since it was cold and it was completely quiet outside. We weren't in the safest feeling environment with it being so deserted and late but it's a small town, pretty safe here. Well without the car on, no one speaking I spent the time watching the sky with my thoughts bouncing around the place. I didn't realize until the second time my boyfriend repeated himself that he was talking. We were both in complete silence but I didn't hear him at all the first time and the second time couldn't hear but a faint muffled sound from him. That's when I realized something was really loud inside my head. By the third time he had to repeat himself I realized this noise but couldn't place what it was and still can't.
It's as if I have (and I just posted this somewhere else) 150 radio stations all tuned into my head. It typically takes a few seconds to quiet the noise to be able to hear again what is going on, this is happening more and more lately... I assumed it's related to dissociation since I was dx'd DID but I guess it could be something else, thus the reason I'm asking...
Anyone else experience an unexplainable really loud noise that makes you unable to hear other things?
