Just wondering if therapists provide for this. There was a professor I knew once who had letters of recommendation for all the people in his group, should he die.

This is something I would never ask my T (don't want to be morbid) so it would be the sort of thing I would ask on an anonymous forum.
As mine is quite old, we did have this sort of conversation. It went fine. I did not think of it as morbid, just super reality time.
