I personally like the stuff from Lava Soft...freebies. I have had Norton (previous computer) and now McAfee... and lavasoft finds stuff they didn't clean. Norton always did better than McAfee back then, though.

XP has what you might need, though. Click on your START, then ALL PROGRAMS then ACCESSORIES then SYSTEM TOOLS and there will be a listing... defrags, cleanups, restore etc. My systems (both home and prof) also have compressors and analyzers... maybe if you look around on yours Sabrina, you'll find more goodies
