Well if T has cut you back, then T must see progress. This is something to talk to T about. You will need to be brave and ask what has been accomplished. It may be that clear goals werent set when therapy was started and T was working on one set of goals while you had hope for another set of goals. Before you go in to see T next, maybe write up a list of things you would like to see accomplished thru therapy and how those needs arent being addressed. If T feels that is what you have been working toward and you clearly feel you havent been getting anywhere reaching those goals then maybe the two of you just arent a good fit and you need to find a new T.
