Actually, my T actually told me she knew exactly what it was like to be in my shoes. She suffered from severe social anxiety, depression, general anxiety and has been suicidal. She said she was in therapy a long time before she became a therapist. My T has a habit of breaking the "self-disclosure" boundary.
