I think there's a reason I couldn't sleep & finally got up & back on line. You do need to get this session attended to, from your description. You don't want to lose the use of your wrist.

Please, SNL. Part of trying to get this under control up front is dealing with the consequences after the fact. Take care of yourself properly. Put the entire process into perspective, so that eventually you will be able to care for yourself before you cut.
