Never been to Vegas, but if I go, I wanna be hypomaniac on constrained budget (c'mon, there are such things as limits on your credit card. Mine is set pretty low (I can go to bank when i really need to, but when manicky, I am kinda incapable of the act. Institutions make me always paranoid... and especially when in extreme moods).
