I'm so glad you were able to hold the light during your down time, and I appreciate you sharing with us. It's nice to read posts that let in the light. You helped me remember good things in my life...I'm sure others who read it feel the same.
It's a wonderful thing to be able to not only help yourself, but help others find light in the darkness. 
I saw a quote on a fake tombstone once...during Halloween time in the USA. It said "Blessed are the Cracked, for they let in the light". That's how I think of some of us. We may have some minor cracks, or some deep fissures, but some, if not most, bring such light to PC, and it just radiates through their darkness. Sometimes they can't see it, but it's there.
