in order to heal you have to open up and be honest with yourself.
talking about your emotions will make you feel better, even writing them out.
anger could lead to hurting someone physcially, or verbally which will make matters worse.
you don't trust your family, than you gotta talk to someone.
its not good leaving things inside.
