I too feel this way. What can we do to get people to understand depression? Does anyone have a clue? I think that I will start a post with this question see what ideas we can come up with.
Groups - It took me a day to really understand what a group is all about. You feel 2 differant ways. You feel that you are with people you can speak to and not get any flack. You also feel sorry for the others in the room because of there illnesses. If possible you might try and find a group for depression.
