Will be gone for a bit..something has happened in a session with my PDOC this week that has set off really bad reactions, stuff I cant discuss with my T because I just cant put it in words..I tried..he is shocked by the indescretion of his colleague..but I cant put into words what this has done or why...more reactive than anything..I talked a little bit about it in Chat last night..but it has triggered me badly and its getting worse...so I am in a run away mode for a bit just scared to face the issue..so I will leave for awhile to try and calm myself down..thank you for all your support here..but I have got to go to try and get a handle on this on my own..it's just crappy that I have to do it this way..
