good topic leo. 
i use journaling to spew out my anger. it is cathartic and helps me to not lash out to others.
drawing boundaries with ppl that i feel are toxic. thus less opportunity to feel anger and i'm protecting myself and my worthiness.
being assertive rather than aggressive
treat others as i would want to be treated.
recognizing others have bad days as i do
being aware that fear is the primary emotion that causes me to become angry.
