I was angry at my neighbors for not taking care of their dogs (both sides) so they did not bark so much; it made my outside experience less than ideal. But it's winter now and so I'm not outside as much and windows are closed, etc. so that's better; maybe Spring will be better or different.

One neighbor had a lot of work to do on his property, not his fault, natural disaster sort of thing and I get all worked up at the neighbors who complain, as if the guy were deliberately having trouble? He's had to pay over $45,000 to fix his property and they are only worrying about the impact on themselves and what might happen next year.
