I'm angry because of the people in my life who have intimidated me. My mother, sister, primary sexual abuser and former spouse to name a few. Any time someone comes close to bullying me, I have to either sink or swim. Be intimidated or not. There's no in between...until today. I saw some things for the first time in therapy. I'm amazed.
