I had lesions in the left temporal lobe, which caused untreatable E for me, so I had brain surgery to remove the damaged area in 02/07.

My brain damage was determined to be caused by a high, long fever around age 2. Seizures began in early childhood, but weren't recognized or treated until age 26.
