Where do I start...?

Born with a congenital heart condition, had aplastic anemia by 5, for which I received a bone marrow transplant, I'm hearing impaired, I have ulcerative colitis, slowly failing kidneys, and we recently found a region of calcification in my temporal lobe. I'm being told to watch out for epilepsy.

Oh yeah, and I'm trans, so no uterus, ovaries or anything of the sort, and my vagina is artificially constructed (though quite functional! )
