What I am doing to fight back and get out of bed. I too have a big problem starting my day. So I see my psych Monday thru Friday every morning. It is my only goal at this time. Now that I have gotten dressed and out of bed I can start my day much easier. The fight to get out of bed isn't as hard for me when I know who I am going to see, I also know he understands. I do not have to pay for this as the time is like a minute or two. Just a thought.
