Hey guys,
I have been doing good and feeling good, but there is always that niggiling sad/low feeling within me. Today I started to cry over stupid things.
1. I missed my bus and had to wait 5 more minutes to catch the next one
2. My new winter boots have no grips on them and I was slipping and sliding on the ice
3. I remembered someone who isn't in my life anymore
Grrrrrrr!!!!
I took an anxiety attack while in town with my Mum today. We were in Marks & Spencer's and I took unwell and by the time I got home I was doubled over in agony and really unwell.
Don't know if I am just having an off time or if I am starting to feel depressed?
Just venting really but any advice etc would be muchly appreciated
