Feeling that way myself. Sucks to be at work and all of a sudden I am holding back the tears. And in a little while it goes away. Only to come back again. And in between I am fine to a tad manic. The daily roller coaster is the pits. I hope as I increase my meds that it gets better.
No solution either, but I understand how you feel.
