Oh Beholden, I am so sorry for mistyping the amount of weight. My mind is not what it used to be, literally, and I have trouble remembering things. I am sorry. I know how frustrating weight gain can be. It can be hard to turn it around but is definitely possible.

To answer your question about the shots, I have been getting B12 injections for a deficiency. The new values were not as they should be, nowhere near in fact. I will have more tests this week and some decisions to make.

Again I am sorry for missing what you said in your post. I promise to be more careful and diligent; I should know better given the state of things.

Hopefully the weather will look better for both of us tomorrow to get out and get moving.
