I found this cool website called
www.fitday.com it's free and you can track your food intake. It tells you the calories,carbs,fat,protein all in this cool graph. It also gives you the numbers. What I thought was a sensible lunch of a chili cheese baked potato ended up not to be such a good choice. I then modified my eating for the rest of the day. I know for me if I have to write it down or document what I eat it makes me think twice about eating it. I don't want the harsh truth of what I ate. I hope you check it out.
