Hi minervas.

Sorry to hear about your losses. Losing a person close to your heart can be one of the most painful experiences.

It's good of you to talk about it. Hiding and putting your feelings away will make things harder. Let yourself grief... at some point it will become less and you will have to try to slowly move on with your life. But not too quick.

I hope you don't let these losses make you slip into a depression. I don't think your mother and grandmother would have wanted that. Try to do the things you normally do, if you can handle them. Isolating yourself because of these losses is maybe understandable but it can make you feel a lot worse.
