I'll be gone a few days. Hubby and I are.........."goin' to Kansas City, Kansas City here I come". We're going to visit my daugher and my grandson. He is 10 years old and is in classes for exceptional students. (nah I'm not proud).

Tomorrow night he and the other students in the Sage program are giving presentations that they've worked on all year. I'm looking forward to it.

However, I'm very anxious about making the long car trip....about 4 hours. Our car is old (1994), my driver is older. Hope he is in a good humor.

Please think of us as we are traveling. I hope I can keep my anxiety under control so that I can enjoy myself. We'll only be gone for two days. I should be in bed because we have to get up early but I'm too wound up.
