well, I'm not on any drugs, I haven't been going to therapy that long now and since I have a really hard time opening up to people, even my doc, It's hard for them to do a diagnosis. the next appointment I am going to just try and say it all. Thank you for your help though... and I have a question, I've seen "safe hugs" all the time, what does the "safe" part mean?
