First thing is, we here on PC are not professionals. They are the only ones who can diagnose exactly what you think your issues are.

I would be cautious with this because you can't be sure of the real strength & amt. you should take. Also I would think you would need regular lab tests to make sure your blood levels aren't toxic & your thyroid isn't suppressed, which is another thing that can happen with lithium.

So with that said, see a doctor. There are county assistance programs, safety net programs, state assistance, Medicaid. Go to health Dept. or DHS & ask for a case worker to help navigate these since you don't have Ins.
