Oh, yes! I think that is an excellent idea. Please plan to make an appointment with HR and/or the Equality and Diversity Manager and then give yourself permission to enjoy the weekend. I don't know if Occupational Health is a separate division, but you might also see if they have stress management help available. Courage!
