I've had some leg twitching and hand spasms, mainly my thumb will jerk and I will drop whatever I'm holding. I told my pdoc and he wasn't interested. Now I've been off all meds for several months now and it's still there I guess it was due to something else.

I stopped both Abilify 10mg and Escitalopram 10mg cold turkey at the same time and it wasn't too bad. Obviously I wouldn't recommend just stopping your meds, especially without pdoc approval, but I did it and it was bearable. Nowhere near as bad as some of the other stuff I've come off of over the years! I just felt 'not right' but it was very non-specific and definitely nothing that interfered with day-to-day activities or anything.
