Hi! Glad to know I'm not alone, but sorry you're struggling w/this, too. Was dx'd w/depression in the early '90s; fibromyalgia late '90s; then bi-polar II early 2000. Have always wondered if there's a connection and/or if the meds for one can trigger the other? I agree that the emotional pain and physical pain sure don't help each other!! I'm just taking it one step at a time and trying to be nice to myself...don't know why that's so hard to do. Glad you are all here
