Hi there, BP and fibro are not connected. A lot of fibro people, like myself, have a tramatic event that can bring on fibro. I also have chronic pain disorder/syndrome. It usually comeswith the fibro. I am not BP but my son of 18 is and he only complains of sleep issues. Aswell as his meds make him sleepy/tired but not enough to help him sleep.
