It's happened a few times, but not often enough for me to seek help. But a few days ago I found a phone number listed on my mobile, for a "Julia", who I've never heard of, never met, never spoken to. I can't imagine why I'd have added the number to my phone... I'm very particular who I add to my phone.

I also got majorly lost, without knowing how I managed it... that happens more often, but still not enough for me to worry about, I usually get back home without too much stress.

Anyway...

I'm a little bit worried. I have a very good memory, generally speaking. I can't imagine meeting a Julia, connecting with her to the extent that I add her phone number to my mobile, and then just forgetting her...

It mightn't be DID (though on one occasion a pdoc told me I'd disociated, whatever that means). Can anyone think of how I might have met a Julia and forgotten her? (Drunkeness or drug use isn't it.)
