Why can I not catch a break? Today has been awful

First, i had a meeting at school for my 9 year old because the school doesn't want to give her a 504, then therapy - yuck, then dbt and there was some major conflict, then my car had major radiator issues and is gonna be $600 to fix, then my husband heard something my sister was telling me on the phone, they both got pissy and yelled at me.

I'm so done! I want to cut. I quit caring anymore
