You are taking the right steps by seeing a therapist and going through DBT. I hope you find, over time, that it is beneficial for you.

I've been in therapy 5 years, this is my second time of dbt (too much memory loss from ect to remember the first time).
I've had so much chaos and problems in the last couple of months, I can't handle it.
I know I'm not reacting well to external events, but all of the stuff going on has a major impact on my life and what goes on.
I just want to disappear
