When I started this thread I was hoping that people would keep coming back and over time see ways to handle anger through reading experiences from others.
Anger doesn't just go away. Even when we come up with ideas to keep it at bay - well, it is still going to come up. Part of our emotional makeup at this time of our lives...?
I view anger as a response to some "root cause". The example I started with has a root cause that began over 5 years ago. Now that I have acknowledged and recognized that, I am beginning to feel empowered.
Plenty of questions to ask myself and now I have to look deeper to determine whether I have the power to make changes.
