So the short of the long story is I've been having numbness and fingers in my toes. One day I woke up with my right leg numb from my toes to my calf and then it was gone the next day. So I had some MRI's and the radiologist found seven lesions that could represent MS or some other demylinating disorder (based on their placement and appearance) My family and I of course were a little bit worried. I was handling well, thanks to Lamictal.
I went to the neurologist today and he didn't agree with the radiologist. He thinks my MRI is mostly normal and doesn't see the extent of the lesions they are talking about in the radiology report. I had a full neuro exam and he sticking needles in my toes and fingers and I couldn't feel it.
Know I need to see Rheumatologist and I'm sure they won't find anything specific. Next time I'm limping around on my leg I'm running up to the neuro office and demand to be seen.
I'm really fustrated. Maybe I am just going nuts! I'm about ready to just give up and just deal with it until it gets worse.
