Is there anywhere you could walk to? Maybe go to a library for a 1/2 hour? Just walk around outside for 5 or 10 minutes? All of these things help me when I am feeling lost and alone. I live in a really rural area and have two dogs. I take them for walks. There is a special bus system for people without transportation that I can use to get into town when necessary. I found it by calling the county courthouse.

Just thought I'd offer up some of the things I do to get out when I can't stand the inside of my own house anymore. I do have a car right now. But when It breaks down I use that bus a lot.

Before I got into a routine of taking my meds, I had to take my meds at times like when I brushed my teeth and I had to turn the bottle upside down to know I took them. If It was right side up and empty then I was in trouble. I worked with my doctor to find a method that was right for me. Now it's a Habit.

I hope you feel better soon.
