slept ok last night and had a doc appt this morning. got back a bit ago but have to go and eat soon, then decide whether to stay up or go back to bed. i've been doing much better staying out of bed but not when i get up early for an appt.

no feet in mouths were noticed by me during any recent (or past) chats. i haven't been in chat as much just because of the timing when i've been visiting. also i have been working on my website again, redoing the rollercoaster section which will be a huge project because i am redoing all the photos and everything (the revamped version of the busch gardens florida section is posted, this is how i'm restylizing the photos, starting with "scrapbook" pages instead of the thumbnails in a left-hand frame. http://www.idexter.com
