It seems that a lot of people with anxiety issues have panic pop up around times of transition. You may feel that the anxiety is unrelated to the changes, but with change comes stress and with stress comes anxiety. I suggest keeping some sort of written record of when you feel anxiety set in.

-Write down what is going on and what, you feel, caused your anxiety.
-Then, you need to write down what was going on in your mind, or what you are actually afraid of.
-After doing these things, you can try and address the actual cause of your anxiety.

Good luck and I hope things get better for you! Keep us updated!
