I am not the best person to tell you about paxil.

they put me on it when I was 14 and it made me borderline psychotic..

I was up down up down up down, suicidal, manic, delusional, you name it.

I dunno if it was just how young i was or if it was something else.

I will say my aunts a teaching nurse that goes around teaching doctors new stuff and she told me that the stuff she has learned about paxil scares the crap out of her, and its supposed to be super bad for your body to process. I dunno if its true or not but it sure messed me up when I was on it.
