Being difficult is not so bad if you reframe it to being "interesting" or "challenging"?
I once talked to a T (not mine or a T for anyone I knew) who talked about clients who were kind of boring because they moved so slowly, "it was like watching grass grow". I was never that kind; I felt I was moving slowly but it wasn't because I had nothing to work on, I definitely was not grass growing, more like thistles and having to figure out how to bush whack them effectively :-)
