I seldom get angry. When I do, I thank my body for the warning signal and then get with my program by asking, "What do I need that I'm not getting?" Then I turn it around and ask, "What am I getting that I'm not wanting?"
Thanks Susan! Love this and will write it out and hang it where I can see it every day. If I can stop myself in my tracks when I start feeling angry and then ask those 2 questions, I might end up expressing my feelings in a calmer and rational way.
