I don't worry or think there is inequality... I know there is inequality. In a 'melting pot/mulitcultural' society equality means assimilation. Ethnic cultures in these societies are reduced to entertainment within a white dominated culture.

Women still receive less pay, are passed over for promotion (god forbit they should get pregnant), are subject to 'jokes' and harrassment, are judged by appearance etc etc.

I don't feel or believe I am inferior but the dominant culture tries to tell me I am for one reason or another.
