I take Paxil CR it is a time release type pill that can not be cut because it will take away the layers of med that it gives you. I am on 75mg daily. this has helped me. The only problem I had with this sorry (about this I had diarea) each time they raised the dose. and it is considered 75 mg is the max and required dose for Panic disorder I hope this gives you something to help you. I have been taking this for about three months now.
