I had to call T. He called right back and said the yelling last night proboblly triggered SnowBird and that is why we are panicked, confused, scared, feel like we're being attacked. He's going to show me how to comfort her and reassure her that she is safe, etc. I don't know how to do that, only with Daisy.

I got so scared this morning and everything was spinning around - I felt I was under attack. I don't feel strong enough to express my opinion to H but T said if he can express my opinion, then I can express mine and he helped me figure out what to say.

Still very scared and don't know if I can do it . So scary. I have to leave, I'm getting toooooo scared again.
